What is a Tranquility Room?

Mindful SEAD's Wellness Coaches organize a range of activities throughout the day, inviting attendees to rest, relax, and rejuvenate. Guided and self-led options ensure attendees can choose what suits them best - whether it's finding solace in a serene spot or joining in on one of the diverse group activities. The Tranquility Room offers respite from long event days, providing a sanctuary for attendees to unwind.

Chair Yoga
